This brand-new stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or family vacations! Can accommodate 8 people. Easy access to the highway and to the nearby stores, parks, and schools! Free parking is included. Please note that the area is currently under construction.

Our stay at this place was a very stressful experience. The poor response from the property management team was the cause of it. It started with our ignored request to refill toilet papers. After checking in we found very little amount of toilet paper (one third of a role of toilet paper in one of the three restrooms ... and ... we were 4 guests without counting the toddler). We had to drive around in an unknown place late in the night with most of the shops closed to look for toilet paper after a busy day of travelling. The most stressful part was getting locked out of the house with our belongings inside and very sleepy kids waiting outside in the car late in the night. We were locked out because of a malfunctioning front door lock. After notifying the management team we did NOT receive any assurance that they can fix the problem. I had to prompt them to get updates on their plan to fix the problem. At NO point did we feel that the management team 'owned' the problem and could fix it. So, we started to make backup plans. After looking for hotels in vein we finally had to request a co-traveler to stay the night at their rental property. We were staring at this very uncertain situation where we might need to stay the night with our kids in our car and did not know how to get to our belongings locked inside the property in the morning. It took about 2 hours late in the night before the owner came and keyed us in. Too much stress for what was supposed to be a vacation trip!

Spacious and sparse
Plenty of room, excellent layout. Enjoyed our stay A couple things to note, construction is next door and is ongoing even on the weekend. A note to host, Ensuite toilet does not work properly, tp holder in all baths are loose, kitchen needs tea towels or drying towels and a top sheet as part of the bedding is a must add, as I would assume the comforter doesnt get cleaned everytime.

Overall the stay was fine and the unit was well cared for however, there were pictures missing from the living room wall with the tape used to attach them still on the wall, there was a lot of noise from the neighbours and it was evident that the construction going on in the neighbourhood (to be expected in the Lower Mainland) started up far earlier than it should have. Both situations were out of the renters hands. Overall it was comfortable for a short stay and close to our meeting so travel was easy. Parking was a bit challenging because we had more than one vehicle but wouldn't have been an issue with one vehicle. Again, overall a nice stay and would return.

Listing Update
The location and townhouse fit our needs perfectly with lots of food choices in the area. Of note, the property listing indicates 1 bathroom. It has 2.5 baths. I mention this as I almost passed on this listing due to the number of bathrooms, glad I didn't.
