Beautiful five-story duplex (three bedrooms/three baths/private office) nestled in a grove of aspens located on a cul-de-sac in one of Vail's most desirable neighborhoods...Glen Lyon (Cascade Village/West Vail). Half a mile from Lift 20. Breathtaking views of Aspens and mountains. Walk to the Cascade lift and Hyatt Hotel from there take a free shuttle to the town of Vail or Lionshead. Tastefully upgraded home with clean contemporary lines, gourmet kitchen, 3 decks. Large private office with deck on fifth floor with additional TV.  
  
This 3-bedroom duplex at the top of Cascade Village backs up to the National Forest and has expansive views of Vail Valley. It features a beautiful open living area with vaulted ceilings, and a potbelly furnace. Enjoy the privacy and natural surroundings of the aspen grove from the back patio. Deck has a gas grill. Covered garage for one car with additional parking in front for another car. Short drive/walk to the Cascade ski lift and Vail Village. Short drive to the Cascade ski lift and Vail Village.  
  
The space  
The living area is split on four levels. On the top level you find the office space, a perfect space to work or watch tv while enjoying the mountains. The next level is a large living area, gourmet kitchen, dining table, efficient pot belly stove and a side deck with a gas grill. One level down you find the master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom. A small bedroom with a 2 twin beds and full bathroom just outside the bedroom. Below this level you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and in-suite bathroom. The ground level is the covered garage for one car with additional parking in front. Overall a very private setting in beautiful natural surroundings.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill on the deck. We supply shampoo, soaps, paper products, linens and towels. House has a washer and dryer.
