Free bottles of water are available, which is a plus, but the supply wasn’t restocked for nearly two days, leaving guests without any water – not even for a fee. "

"I came back to this hotel because the first time I stayed here, the service was good. This time, however, it was a disaster. I had specifically requested a quiet room with a nice view when I made my reservation. Instead, I was given a room overlooking black rooftops and noisy air conditioning units—absolutely terrible. From room 205, starting from the very first night, I could hear the noise from the plumbing… On top of that, when I asked about the airport shuttle schedule, the answers I received were completely off-topic. The staff member who checked me in seemed totally clueless. In the end, I didn’t even stay for the last night I had paid for. The Wedgewood Resort in Fairbanks is a much better option, even if it’s not as close to downtown. The small downtown area itself is charming, with several international restaurants to choose from."

"L’hôtel est calme par contre le petit déjeuner est très frugal ( pas de charcuterie,de fromage ou de pain) Le chauffage était très difficile à faire marcher "
