« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« I dont think our room was cleaned before our stay. Pet bowls were left out, trash in the trash can, towels still in drier and black dog hairs everywhere. Master bedroom tv did not work and found the living room tv remote buried in the couch cushions. Kids complained of pillows smelled like cigarettes and dog hair in bed. Room was conveniently located and felt secluded »

Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. »
