« We really didn't like our stay in this house. Firstly, we were informed that there were earwigs and humidity bugs when we called from Clarenville. I had read in the comments that there were some, but I didn't realize how many. In one evening, we killed around 50. It was horrible, they were everywhere: on the counter, in the curtains, on the tables and all over the floor. Normally I would have expected around ten, but we were nowhere near that number. « We had a wonderful stay in Open Hall at Eagles Cliffe. We were told to watch the movie The Grande Seduction and we went to Tickle Cove to see what we could find from the movie. That was fun. Loved the arch at Tickle Cove. Great walk. We did drive daily to Bonavista can be done and spend the day till dinner in Bonavista and return to this quiet serene location. »

« We were looking for a place in Trinity / Port Rexton with short notice & we ended up finding a magical place. The house had amazing character, was reasonably priced & wonderful owners (Chris&Lilly). The house is a quiet, old home that has been newly renovated with great attention to detail. We were on the water with nobody around and yet still close enough to town. If we ever come back to Newfoundland we would absolutely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed. 10 stars »

« David and Coco’s place in Summerville is exquisite. They have maintained the spirit of the place perfectly while adding all the amenities you might need. (The master bed is incredibly comfortable. Best sleep of our lives.) It’s on a dead end road in a beautiful cove and so is very peaceful but within striking distance of Bonavista, Trinity and all the other very busy spots on the peninsula.Dave and Coco also give their guests a very thoughtful guide to the house and area. Can’t recommend enogh. »
