« Was able to drop my bag off early as I arrived before noon but check-in was from 3pm. Very pleasant helpful man took my bag and stored it safely behind Reception. Everywhere was clean and cared for, only downside was the timing of my visit, Storm Claudia made it hard work going to and from the hotel in the strong winds and heavy rain which were obviously worse on the seafront. »

« Choisi pour la piscine et le jacuzzi, en fait c'était juste des jets dans un côté de la piscine donc même température à savoir très froide ! Sauna tout juste chaud. La vue sur la mer de la chambre à partir d'une petite fenêtre entre deux murs et non d'un " bow window" plus panoramique était le minimum...au moins le petit déjeuner , avec prise de commande donc varié, était très bon. »

« Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n’y avait pas une bonne odeur dans la chambre. Nous avons vérifié la propreté des draps, ils ne nous ont pas semblé propres. Une taie d’oreiller sentait encore le parfum. Le propriétaire n’a pas voulu changer les draps, sous prétexte qu’il les avait changés le matin. Il n’a pas été possible de se garer dans le parking de l’hôtel car il était trop petit. Nous avons dû nous garer sur le parking d’un magasin juste à côté, mais en devant partir avant 9h du matin. Le...

« Hôtel très agréable dans l'une des plus vieilles maisons de Trefriw, bien situé loin de l'affluence d'autres bourgades touristiques et nous permettant d'accéder au Mont Snowdon assez facilement (20' en voiture environ). Notre hôtesse était des plus accueillantes et toujours prête à nous informer de ce qu'il y a voir et à faire dans les environs. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux ! Je recommande. »

« Staff were really helpful & friendly. Checking in went smoothly. The staff in the spa were also lovely. Room wasn't very clean, dirty hand prints on the shower doors, dirty walls in the toilet. But apart from that we did have a wonderful stay. Breakfast was plentiful & fresh. Would definitely come back again. »
