Full of historic charm. Beautifully maintained. Top notch staff. Excellent food for breakfast and dinner. Great location. Convenient to both train station and the Conwy castle. Excellent price. I highly recommend for a good night's sleep and total experience.
Fun place to stay with plenty of action just below you, Cute town is easily walkable. Two great things, first the staff is very friendly and helpful. Now the best part, the food is fabulous. One of the better meals I have had all month
Went to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Had a lovely stay at The Erskine Hotel. Staff were really good and the food and accommodation were excellent. Would definitely stay here next time we visit North Wales
Check in was really easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room looked out towards the castle and was beautifully decorated and spotless. The hotel is very central and long stay parking is just a few minutes walk away. The evening meal was delicious and the pub had a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was included and again was really good. Check out was nice and easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here
Great hotel, great location and really friendly staff. The restaurant is also very very good - i recommend booking in advance as its very popular.
Coyldnt fault the place - a great stay was enjoyed by all six if our party.
Delightful accommodations with "old world charm"! We had a corner room with an irregular shape which added to its character. A fabulous breakfast promptly served included in stay in a room with ample setting and a truly lovely setting. Conveniently locates across the street from the train station, but not noisy at all. Good spot to visit Llandudno and other sites.
Very easy check in, polite and friendly welcome, clean and warm rooms, parking easy outside, nice bar area and dinner in the restaurant was quick and tasty. Breakfast was excellent and all in all it was a good experience.
Lovely staff, nice room. Definitely a little warm in the summer, but not unbearable. The restaurant and bar downstairs makes some very tasty traditional food, and the staff is absolutely lovely. It's also only a few steps from the train station, which is a HUGE bonus. I would absolutely stay here again.
Faultless accommodation in great location. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. Shout out to John especially, he’s a credit to you for sure.
