Villa Borgo Alba Chiara is a historical residence dating back to the 16th century, with 3 storeys and 18 apartments within the complex. Located in Toscolano-Maderno, Italy, the property offers a range of amenities including a swimming pool, yard, Internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan option. This vacation rental provides a unique opportunity to experience the charm of a historic setting while enjoying modern conveniences.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a terraced garden fenced with plants and flowers, as well as a meadow area. Guests can enjoy the kidney-shaped swimming pool, measuring 12 x 6 m, which is available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st. Additionally, there is a children's pool, an outdoor shower, a patio with garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a children's playground featuring a sandbox.  
  
Other Information  
The complex offers shared facilities such as WiFi and a washing machine (available for an extra fee). Access to the property is via a very steep and narrow 80-meter motor access road, with a stepped path leading to the house. The width of the access road is 250 cm, and parking is available on the premises, although spaces are limited. Baby equipment can be requested for an additional cost. The residence is equipped with electric gates, and the holiday properties may vary in living space, floor plans, equipment, and furnishings.

The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. It is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating may not be available in all rooms. You will have access to a reserved parking spot for one car. The property allows a maximum capacity of 7 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include a washing machine, barbecue grill, pet-friendly policy (maximum 1 small pet/dog allowed), private patio, satellite TV, microwave, and television.
