It is located on the first floor, building without elevator. The three bedrooms are double; in total there is a double bed, 2 single beds and a bunk bed. The apartment also has: a living-dining room with access to the balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower. The building has communal parking with limited places not numbered. The house has 2 air conditioning splits: one in the living room and the other in the distributor between the bedrooms. In addition, each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The terrace, although not very large, does have garden furniture. The communal area has a swimming pool. Enjoy your vacation two steps from the beach! Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted. Property managed by a professional.
