"This is a great hotel right in the heart of Venice. Just minutes away from St Marks Square and not that much further to Rialto Bridge. If you’re going to get there by public water taxi from the train station, you’ll take the boat to the Rialto stop and then walk for about 10 minutes. Our room was smaller than I had hoped and the air-conditioning wasn’t working very well. Other than those two negatives, the staff was awesome and helped us with a variety of things. Breakfast was very good. "

"We stayed here for one night so we could drop our rental car off at Venice airport the day before we were flying back to the US. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport which only takes about 15 minutes.. There is a train into downtown Venice directly behind the hotel which takes about 15-20 minutes. They have a breakfast buffet in the morning. Their dining room is open from 7pm - 10 pm for dinner and was pretty good. The hotel is clean but could use a makeover at some point but it was good value for money. Our room was huge and had all the amenities you could want; iron, safe, mini fridge hair dryer. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big with good counter space."

"Great location on the canal front that’s a bit quieter than the hubbub of San Marco. But still tons of food and shops and an easy walk or ferry to main areas. But it was the super friendly and helpful staff that made our stay so great. Thank you!"

"Wonderful hotel! Excellent service and the breakfast is amazing. Location is walking distance to San Marco square and many restaurants and shops. Hotel also provided a complimentary taxi to Murano glass factory. Absolutely recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay there, the atmosphere was nice, great staff, great live entertainment. The only issue I had was getting to the resort. It didn't seem like no one at the airport or the water transportation knew of Hyatt Centric and as a result we were lost."

"Excellent property with all amenities! Very clean and looks new inside. Breakfast was a feast! Great location just walkable to Train station. Only recommendation is they should install a door or curtain to the bath tub. Other than that, a great place to stay! "
