Nice place, but some challenges

Easy walking distance to Sugamo station (about 5 minutes), lots of restaurants, clean and a good price. No trash bin in the room. Also, check in process was very problematic. No code was sent and I had to call multiple places to get a code. Sat outside the door trying to track someone down. VRBO was no help. No one every responded to my IMs on the VRBO messaging platform.
