Imagine a Motel Room, with 14' ceilings. 1 Romantic King Bed (Pillow Top) and 1 Double Loft Bed (Pillow Top) (VERTICAL LADDER). Bathroom, Dresser, Microwave, Refrigerator in 1 room, on the Beach. I mean, REALLY, ON THE BEACH!

When we bought this property, in Rosarito Mexico on the famous Baja Malibu Beach, the first thing we did was to put in a Sea Wall. Putting in a Sea Wall gave us a 2-story House. We put in 2 Separate Private Suites (Like Motel Rooms) on the Beach Level (1st level,12 steps from the Ocean)

You will be on the famous Oceanfront Baja Malibu Surfing Beach. From your Bed you will be able to see the Ocean Waves and all the Beach Activities.

This is a 24-hour Gated Community. With Private gated access to your room and the beach.

You set the tone for your vacation. Do you want to Relax, Read a Book, Take a Nap, Walk the Beach, Spend time with your Family or Loved Ones? Or do you want to Play Hard? Do Beach Sports during the Day and Party in Rosarito at Night. It’s your choice.

You may have up to 4 people. There is a Very Romantic King Size Bed and 1 Queen Size Loft.

Sand, Surf, and Sunsets.
So many things for all of your Family to do. You will find all kinds of Beach Activities. Beach Combing, Swimming, Sand Castle Art, and Sun Bathing. Or Horse Back Riding, (have you ever ridden a Camel?), Wine Tours, Golf, Paddle Board, Kayaking, Sailing, Fishing. There are other activities that are available also. Fishing, Motorized Hang Gliding, Go Carts, & Dune Buggies here in the greater Baja Malibu area.

If you are looking for Night Life, I hear the place to go is Papas & Beer. It is only 3 miles to Rosarito.

There is a 42" TV. (Streaming TV). Wi-Fi. A Refrigerator and a Microwave.

PARKING: To gain access to Baja Malibu Community, you will need a Parking Pass. For the Honeymoon Suite, you will have 1 Parking Pass. If you require more, contact me.
I will need the First & Last Name of the Driver, & the License Plate Number. Please send this information BY THE MONDAY BEFORE OUR STAY, BY NOON.
The Guard, at the community gate, will give you your pass. Keep the Parking Pass up on your dashboard for the duration of your stay. If there are any complications, please call me. You will not be able to get into the community without a Parking Pass.
If you have friends or family that will be visiting you while you are here, they will need to park up next to the Community Gate. I would suggest that the owner of the car, tip the Night Guard, a dollar or two each day to watch their car. This is not required, but it's always nice to have somebody watching out for your car. I've never had any problems with parking cars up at the gate.
It is common for the guards at a gate to ask you for your driver’s license. They will keep it and give you the community pass, in exchange. Most people find this surprising, but this is how they do it down here. When you go to leave the community, you will give them back their pass and get your driver’s license back. I have heard that sometimes people will take a photocopy of their driver’s license and give them that instead of their original driver’s license. You can attempt to do this, but I don't know if they will accept that. What they're looking for is a picture ID with your name and address on it. If you have something else, such as a library card or school ID, you could try giving them that instead.

It is so gorgeous here. Because it is right on the ocean. We get that wonderful breeze and yet it hardly ever rains.

If you are looking for beach activities, Sand, Surf, or Sun, it is here. You can do the sports, lay in the sun, or grab a book and watch the ocean. If you like to party, we are just 3 miles from downtown Rosarito, where there is lots of action and night live. (Papas & Beer)
