« This property has an amazing view. The inside was amazing. Great floorplan our host was amazing very attentive , fast reply to our messages , was always checking if we needed something. The amenities were so great amazing views from the infinity pools. Have so many pools , hot tubs , gym tennis court . We loved it we will definitely will book again when we go back. The reason why I gave 4 stars on some was because when we checked in there was no guard and being our 1st time we weren't sure ....

« This condo is just as pretty in person as it is in photos. The host was very responsive and flexible when I unexpectedly got ill and had to reschedule my trip. The host was very accommodating and instructions were very clear. Our stay here was perfect from being in a safe area, safe parking structure , cleanliness , amazing views. « Had a great stay in Las Gaviotas at this property. It’s a short walk from the beach area, and super close to the entrance, tennis courts, and pool. The whole area is very easy to navigate to all the amenities. The property had some great retro style touches that I really enjoyed-tile, chairs etc. The on site property manager, Milano, checked in on us Frequently via text to make sure all was good.
