Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc. »

The home is elegant, modern and really allowed us to visit with family and friends. I would stay here again. We loved the kitchen. We brought in a personal chef who loved preparing for us. The mattresses were comfortable. The house is convenient to shops and restaurants on Solano Avenue and the Berkeley Rose Garden. The street map provided by the owner was very helpful. »
