« In the area for an anniversary getaway, and found this reasonably priced cottage. First, everything we needed to know or that could have been an issue upon arrival was covered by the owner of the property long before we even left for the trip. « Shower left a lot to be desired. Cold water knob fell off. When turned on not sure if it was from sitting or the shower head but ended up covered with a rust type sludge. I know it’s from the well water but maybe before being occupied if it sat vacant go in and run the shower and clean the shower head. »

« The house was wonderful. It was comfortable and the kitchen is nicely updated. It had plenty of room for all 11 of us, our youngest was 12yrs old. We never felt crowded. Each room had its own AC unit for personalized controls. The kitchen had everything would need, including small prepping/cooking appliances. We brought our kayaks and kayaked to sulfur island. The nearby beach was only a couple miles away. Overall we had a wonderful time. »

« The setting was beautiful! The kitchen sink and shower were so disgusting, we went to town for cleanser and cleaned them before we could use them. The refrigerator was dirty and had other peoples food (condiments etc) in it. There were cob webs with spiders and eggs under the table in the living room. We only stayed 2 nights of our three booked. There wasn't a can opener or toaster in the kitchen. There were also two gun safes in our cabin! »
