The 5 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths perfectly fit our family of 9\. Upstairs downstairs areas, each with W/D kitchen facilities, were great! The house is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. A great layout and a spacious kitchen and dining area allowed us to enjoy all of our meals together. We managed the 2.5 bathrooms through planning and without challenges. The location on Lake Huron is just amazing and the grandkids enjoyed playing on the rocks. We all could find our own space as needed. It is decorated nicely. We had a very wet weekend so most the time had no choice but to be indoors. The main kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, mugs, glasses, cookware, bakeware and utensils anyone would need. The location is perfect - close enough to downtown Alpena we could go to the shops and restaurants, yet away from traffic, freeways and noise. Plenty of small grocery stores along with a Meijer within 15-20 minutes. You can walk down to Partridge Point Park to see wildlife (deer, raccoons, many different birds). The neighbors are all so friendly, so don't stay here if you don't appreciate a smile and wave from someone walking down the street. Quick responses when we had questions pre-trip. There was no reason to reach out during the stay - the place was perfect! ##### Teri S.
