from 36 holes of championship level golf on the Betsie Valley and Mountain  
  
Ridge golf courses, each receiving Golf Digest magazine's prestigious 4-star

In the winter, the Crystal Clipper and Buck Ski Lifts are the shortest walks  
  
to start your skiing or snowboarding activities on one of 58 ski trails. In  
  
addition, this condo is close to the numerous cross-country/Nordic ski trails,  
  
fat tire mountain bike trials, and the newly-improved ice rink.  
  
  
  
In addition to golf, the warmer months bring hiking, mountain biking, alpine  
  
slide, Frisbee golf, and the Park at Water's Edge - a one-acre water park and  
  
adventure area with rock climbing, zip line, and more. Restaurants, bars,  
  
Crystal Mountain's Fitness Center and Spa, as well as the newly-built Mountain  
  
Market are also just a few steps from your front door. Crystal Mountain is  
  
also a short drive from Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore,  
  
Traverse City, and everything else Northern Michigan has to offer.  
  
  
  
This recently updated upstairs condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen with  
  
granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. 2 bedrooms, each with a  
  
queen-sized bed, and 2 full bathrooms. The master, on the second floor,  
  
includes a sky light, a flat screen TV, and a reading nook to just kick back  
  
and relax. The main living area also has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and  
  
fireplace. Free WIFI is also available for those who need to stay connected.  
  
  
  
Outside this 2nd-floor condo, relax on a private deck that overlooks the golf  
  
course as well as a large open area, great for the kids to run around in and  
  
play all year long.

The location is great but the night we checked in, around 8-9 PM, the property had not been completely cleaned. The upstairs bed was not made. The downstairs bed pillow cases were yellowed with hair oil and neither bathroom was cleaned. I immediately emailed the property manager but received no response. I would not booke with Red Awing afain

#### Overall very nice

The property is very nice, the kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils that you might need, the beds are comfortable. One complaint is that neither of the 2 blow dryers in the bathroom worked. The other complaint is that we never received an email with details for check-in. It took several attempts to finally contact someone who could supposedly “resend” the email so we could get in. Also, we had a hard time figuring out where in the building our unit was.

#### Perfect location for Crystal Mountain Event

Great location two floor condo-- plenty of space for 4 people or less. If you plan to use the kitchen I didn't find that one 10-12inch pan is adequate for a full meal, but I made it work with the extra small pots they had. They use the wifi from the hotel so if you ask the lodge check-in they'll tell you they're not part of the crystal mtn rentals managed by the hotel, but a nice young guy will give you the hotel pamphlet in a pinch. I would totally rent again based off location and comfortability of the 2 bed/2 bath for our group. Thanks again!!

We came to golf, hike, and enjoy the spa at Crystal Mountain. We planned to leave the property but never did. Walked to everything on property - enjoyed restaurants and market. Perfect place for a couple of girls with 2 bed and 2 bath.

#### Skiing at Chrystal Mountain

Our family, 2 adults and 2 kids, had a wonderful stay at this Chrystal Mountain condo. It is walking distance to chairlifts, even in ski boots. The condo is very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away. We loved our breakfast buffet at Wild Tomato and dinner at the Thistle. The pool was a bit disappointing: too much chlorine.

Overall great property, short walk to ski lifts. Property was clean. We did have an issue with the furnace but we communicated with the owners and they were able to get a repair man out the same day to get the issue resolved.

#### Ski before holidays

We enjoyed a week of skiing before Christmas holidays. The condo is very cozy. Property management keeps the stairs super clean with every snowfall. It was easy to keep skis is outside locker. We have stayed in Wintergreen condos many times over last 10 years & this condo is very enjoyable.

I ended up traveling by myself to a conference at Crystal Mtn. This condo was more space than I needed, but just as described in the listing, clean, and had everything i needed. It's location was perfect with everything within walking distance! I'd definitely stay here again.

#### Great visit near Crystal Mountain

We had a great visit at this rental. It is a renovated 1820's inn and has all the charm you can imagine. There are 4 rooms and many have sinks in the room with separate rooms for toilet/shower, on the smaller size, but what you'd need. The coffee bar was a really nice touch. We went in the winter but there is an amazing view of Crystal Lake that must be incredible in the summer. We were less than 15 min from Crystal Mountain, which was perfect. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby Mexican restaurant and grocery was very close.

Great location comfy beds. Don’t count on the fridge working to keep your meals you prepared ahead of time cool. We arrived late so we noticed immediately that 3 main lights didn’t work. Woke up to a warm fridge. Called owner only to get the 3rd degree….. we didn’t break the fridge, our food spoiled and we had to eat at the restaurants for the rest of our trip (which cost us extra $ - I asked for a credit and was told “I’ll see what I can do….nothing) I also explained that the floor is super slippery and someone could get hurt. Later, after check out….I received a very rude text about not walking on her floors with shoes on. I wear orthopedic slippers and that was the only “shoe” we wore inside. She also made a snarky comment about reading the rules because I left without starting the dishwasher. Geesh!!! I’ll just stay at the resort next time instead of being treated like a 2nd class citizen.
