"Very clean room and great service from front desk. Requested late c/o and they honored it. Had small kids who wanted to enjoy the pool and it was clean too. The hot tub was little hot for us so avoided it. Had breakfast too which can be a little better but still 4/5 in quality. Overall, had a great stay. Thank you."

"This is a top notch hotel. We come to Nanaimo occasionally to visit my son but this is the first time we have stayed at this location. It is now our go to location. Excellent room with many modern features, good breakfast restaurant on site, easy walk to restaurants."

"We had a room which had been recently renovated. Looks like they are in the process of renovating the entire hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and offered free pop and water which was greatly appreciated. Room had a view of the water and location is perfect, right across road from fantastic ocean views. Thank you. Highly recommend "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a t year with us and the staff went out of their way to help. The smoking area by the front door had Marijuana and cigarette smokers there. Suggest move them away from the front door. "
