3 bedroom 2 bath villa located in Creekside Landing. Beautifully decorated, all new furniture, vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 49" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. Guest bedrooms both have queen size beds. the guest bath offers a tub/shower combo. Private yard for your enjoyment and pet friendly. Enclosed screened lanai offers a relaxing start or finish to your day.

This home is conveniently located near Lake Sumter Landing where you will find restaurants, shopping and live entertainment at the square. Stroll around the lovely Lake Sumter and enjoy the sun set over the water. Short distance to championship golf course of Palmer Legends Country Club with country club dining.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. great location and house

The location is very close to the square so you could walk over or take the golf cart which was great. The house was clean, updated, and perfect for our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake Sumter villa

The location of the home was perfect! Within walking distance of a family pool and Lake Sumter village. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we found is that the tile floors were not very clean so I washed them myself. Other than that everything was great!

Great reunion with family!

My parents live in The Villages and it was nice to be able to rent nearby and not overwhelm my mom with air mattresses and such. We were only a golf cart trip down the road. This property made our trip relaxing and stress free.

Weekend Stay Visiting Family

We had an enjoyable time during our stay at this property. The house is very conveniently located less than 1/2 mile to Sumter Square. The golf cart is nice to be able to stroll around, sits two. House is spacious and clean, the beds slept well and they had plenty of towels and clean blankets. Would definitely come back!
