In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, not far from Arezzo, Florence, Siena and the Chianti area, this property immersed in the luxurious green of a 3-hectare botanical garden, Fattoria Della Nave is the ideal place to rest and for nature lovers.  
The botanical garden make this property UNIQUE. The Parco Della Nave is an "English" garden , which means a garden free in forms and arrangements, projected and created after the mid-Eighteenth Century by the botanic Ferdinando Della Nave. Various species of exotic plants from colonial domains were introduced into European florist markets in 18th and 19th Centuries: the Parco Della Nave is a typical demonstration of a private and very interesting Botanic Collection now part of the National patrimony.  
  
The apartments of Fattoria Della Nave are located in the heart of a private botanical park from 1857 in the countryside between Arezzo and Florence and offer a panoramic swimming pool, barbecue area, garden and Wi-Fi. You can reach the pool with a few minutes walk in the beautiful botanical park, an occasion to discover the various hidden "pensatoi", stone tables and chairs that offer isolated and remote spot to be fully immersed in nature,. Find the rare species of this incredible collection of local and tropical plants and walk by the lake on the entrance of the park.

Villa Della Nave, in honor of the noble Florentine family Della Nave, is an Historical Villa also part of the Italian National Heritage. Built in the 18th century this residence is perfect for events and special occasions. The property with its 3 hectares extension, has a private botanical park and a farmhouse with pool.  
  
Ideal for families or large groups, Ferdinando is a spacious apartment with typical high ceilings and long corridors. The door opens up in a corridor with many doors. A bright and well- equipped kitchen and dining room on one side, a large living room on the opposite side. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. A double bedroom with a wonderful view on the garden and a triple room overlooking a characteristic street of the small village of Cicogna are located at the end of the corridor.  
  
Outside this residence a breathtaking view on the Tuscan hills overlooks the whole park and property. A large and green corridor descends down through the botanical park to the farmhouse and pool area. No need to say that you'll be captured by the beauty of this path: hidden sitting areas are dislocated into the park, and multiple stairways climb the hill until the top. Flowers, trees and birds singing will be accompanying you till the bottom of the hill, you will feel else where, you will not believe to be in such a beautiful place!
