One negative point, checkout time of 10am is not compatible with a hip clientele who have been out late partying. It should be 11am. »

« Appartement plutot excentré, il faut 45 min à peu pres pour rejoindre shinjuku /shibuya en transports. A part la situation géographique, les équipements sont au top ! La machine a laver est un plus dans cet appartement quand on reste plusieurs jours. Au niveau de l'isolation , on est dans le standard japonais , tres peu isolé,du coup , consommation excessive d energie. Cuisine fonctionnelle , salle de bain et wc egalement. Il y a du rangement , les lits sont plutot confort, Agréable séjour dans...

« This apartment was an easy 5 minute walk to the station with easy access to Shibuya. The room itself was very spacious and clean. There was most neccessities with a washing machine and hair dryer. The stairs are quite steep so maybe no the most accessible access. The only improvements would be a rubbish bin in the bathroom/toilet and also some towels to dry dishes after washing. I would reccomend staying here for groups up to 5\. »

« アパートの民泊タイプの宿泊施設でした。 部屋に洗濯機があり洗剤もあったので長期滞在問題なし。 部屋にPC作業などできる十分な広さの机がありリモートワークや出張中の事務作業も可能。 用賀駅から近いけど静かでした。 忘れ物をしたのですが、すぐに確認をしてくれてとても助かりました。 このタイプの宿泊施設だとスタッフの人と対面することがほとんどないので、これまでは細かいやり取りなどできるのかなと敬遠をしていましたが、コミュニケーションも十分に取れて対応もしてくれたので不便ではありませんでした。 »

« Great sized room for our family in a fun location in Tokyo. I was slightly apprehensive about the “unmanned” aspect going in, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Easy to find and easy checkin. The room had everything we needed. »

« From the picture, i see there is a sofa, but for unknown reason (maybe because expedia mistakenly send there will be 2 renter?) , that they transform the sofa into a bed, which make me difficult to sit and works with table. But in general it is a good place, near to the metro station, near to a convenience store, just 20 minutes can arrive shibuya, got washing machine, place to dry clothes. So prettu recommend it »
