Everyone at the hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and the lemon garden is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places ever to sit and have a drink. "Very nice hotel conveniently located near the Pompeii ruins. Our only significant complaint was that the toilet did not flush well. Lots of water but not everything would go down. Very annoying. Bad design and nothing the staff could fix without replacing the toilet. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Our room faced the street but was quiet. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helped us find nearby restaurants that were good and arranged for our taxi to the train station."

"The pool water was extremely cold, wish they would’ve of heated it since we were there in the end of April. The Spa always had women sitting around & when I would try to book an appointment, they always said there were no openings. Very disappointed "

"There is not enough time nor space to tell how wonderful this Hotel and it's staff have been! Pictures do not do it justice as the Hotel and grounds are beyond magnificent. Every team members worked hard to anticipate our needs and succeeded in every instance. If you are looking for an experience that harkens back to the days when service was king...this is the place to stay!"

"Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. With some upgrades this place could be a 5 in the future."

"Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff but sometimes difficulties with english language. Simple breakfast but you can always find some for yourself. Generally good value for the money"
