Quarters are accepted, and cards are also accepted for payment. The Neighborhood: Rocky Point is comprised mostly of condos and some hotels. It's generally tourists with a few restaurants including The Pelican and the resorts bar & grill. If guests would like to swim in the ocean, they can go to Whiskey Joes around the corner (15 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive) or Ben T. Davis beach just behind Whiskey Joes (18 minute walk, 2-3 minute drive). Getting Around: The resort has plenty to do! With that being said, if you'd like to explore downtown Tampa, FL or St. Petersburg, we'd recommend either bringing a car or using uber/lyft! Other Things to Note: There is plenty to do in the area!
