Alot smaller than the pictures made it look but it was in a very quiet area. The outside lights on the walk path didn't work. We had to fight with the hideaway bed to get it out and then couldn't get it back in so had to leave it out the whole trip which took up all the main living space and blocked most of the room. You could tell someone broke/ bent the metal frame and it had black tape on it holding parts of it together. For longer stays this is good for only one person. The property manager was engaged. The location is not too far from downtown Tampa and Ybor City and I felt safe. The rental was very clean and practical. The reason this is not a 5 star for me is that you can't control the AC on your own, you have to tell the manager because it's managed remotely. Having said that, she won't let you go up a certain temperature... This is not good. I wasn't there most of the time but when I'm in a place that I am paying for I want to feel comfortable, whatever my temperature is. The rental is attached to a guest house/room off the main house, the walls are thin, someone cooked pop corn one day and the smell was in our rental. The occupiers of the house were loud once but the manager took care of it as soon as we recorded it... I'm sure they could hear us too when loud, so if you don't mind that then great! If the AC control issue is addressed, I would totally stay here again. ##### Manuel G. My daughter and I were in Tampa to visit USF. This was a very convenient location. Communication with the host was excellent and the property was clean and comfortable.
