We enjoyed our Stay. However....
I gave this place 4 stars because the pictures give you the idea that you are able to sit on the back patio and see the sunset and water. This specific apartment is in view of the parking lot. It is a great area,close to all things Tampa so that is great. The place is nice , however the couch and bed are not comfortable. And we had met up with the cleaner which wasn't finished cleaning at 5pm when we arrived. Management , or owner who lives in Georgia was very attentive and apologized as apparently his cleaner quit so he had to hire another last minute. We also washed the blankets and sheets as they smelled like cologne.. and bought bleach and bleached the towels that were stained with black stuff. Great location, we had a great time in Tampa , again I feel this is an vrbo for maybe 2 and could use some help for the price.

Convenient to Mcdill afb
I had trouble locating the unit as it was in the back and the host did not provide directions to the unit. When I got there the cleaners had not shown up so I had to do all the cleaning from the prior guests. When I contacted the host I agreed to do all the cleaning in exchange for getting the cleaning fee back. He did send it back to me. It all worked out well! Our son is stationed at McDill AFB so it was very close and convenient to be able to run back and forth! There was an onsite gym and outdoor pool but we never got a chance to use it.

Couch wasn’t comfortable, very hard. Sheets were still in the washer… I was asked to put them in the dryer and make the bed . All dishes were in the dishwasher , but they really didn’t have any place to put them in cupboards… or the silverware. Strange setup, but it worked for us I guess. It was clean!

Location! Location!
The location of this property is excellent! Quick ride to several malls, food, beach, Ybor City, and grocery stores and more. Everything was 5-10 min away. Neighborhood was safe. Unit is up stairs which wasn't an issue. Property manager was an excellent host and communicator! He was accommodating to our early flight arrival and friendly. Unit was clean. May need to bring a few extra wash cloths and towels. TV in living and bedroom. We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit because there was so much to do outside.

Good spot for a good price
I was happy with my stay. The apartment was clean and near the water. We had access to areas to watch the sunset. Some funs bars are walkable and you can Uber to downtown in less than 15 minutes and st. Pete's in less than 30 minutes.
