All this is just 10-15 minutes from Tampa’s most popular attractions, and 40-45 minutes from St. Petersburg beaches and destinations. Nestled in a quaint residential neighborhood, this home features a formal living room with a luxurious and inspired ambience, an enclosed patio with delightful seating areas overlooking the property, and a dining area that is illuminated by natural light pouring in from the skylights. The living area has mid-century modern chairs and a smart tv where your group can enjoy movie nights or streaming favorite tv shows. This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv. THINGS TO NOTE: The home has 2 full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and a bonus room with a twin day bed. 2 parking spaces available in the driveway. Washer and dryer in unit. We felt like we were transported to the mid-century and had a great time lounging in the well-appointed living area. The whole house has great architecture and thoughtful design, great for an extended stay. The master bed was very comfortable, and there were extra blankets/pillows if needed. The only improvements we'd make would be the showerhead was pretty weak and could use a refresh, and the kitchen tools were a bit chaotic. The hosts were great and were responsive, though it took a few hours to get in touch. Location is also great, there's a sprouts & publix literally around the corner, with lots of coffee and food options nearby. The gym down the street is a huge plus too!
