Everything we wanted to do was within 15 minutes of our location. The area is quiet, safe and relaxing. The closest beach entrance js closed due to last year's hurricane, but there is another just a 2-minute drive up the road. We were pleased to be in an area where the beach was not overcrowded. We took a 5-minute walk to a great local restaurant (The Conch Republic Grill) more than once. John's Pass is just 10 minutes away in the car and is well worth the visit. The location is perfect next to the lovely beach. The apartment has everything you need. We had some issues with the sockets in the kitchen not working, but we figured out how to reset them. We also had some problems with the lock on the balcony door, which we had trouble opening from the balcony side to return to the room. The click to open the lock didn't work. But we managed to open it and never fully closed the door ever after. Besides that, the place is charming and clean, and it is the perfect place to stay in St. Pete, close to the beach. Wendy is the perfect host, very responsive, and answers all questions immediately. ##### Marina S. That being said we hated the bed and mattress. We had to put a pillow between wall and bed frame because frame wasn’t attached to bed so every time you moved it banged against wall . This was our first mother daughter vacation and it did not disappoint. The condo was perfect for the two of us. My daughter really enjoyed the blow up mattress on the pull out couch and said it was super comfy. Not only was this place so very clean it had everything we needed for the beach. The umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys were amazing. It’s also a great location just steps to the beach and a short drive to all the local stores and attractions.
