« Wonderful, clean, modern and I had no idea that there was a small valley between two mountain ridges, the views were amazing… mountains on both sides! 25 minutes from Shenandoah River Outfitters and 10 minutes from hiking. We spent most of the time in the screened in porch and then into the hot tub. We could see every star! Super clean and comfortable, we had a great time relaxing and tubing on the Shenandoah River. We will be back! »

« This location is beautiful! It is very relaxing whether you are by the lake, the pool, or just walking around the property. The fishing was a lot of fun and there’s a good variety of fish. Also, there is a reason most reviews comment on how nice Tabby is. She is a very lovely person! The space was very roomy and clean. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and we fit very nicely in the space. I think the coffee bar was my favorite! I would very happily stay there again! »

The cabin was comfortable and pleasant with all the necessities. We explored the cave, new Marley battlefield and had a good dinner at the southern kitchen in new market. »

« What a view! We enjoyed our stay at 3100 feet. It was worth the ride on the unpaved path to the top! We had a comfortable and peaceful time, staying very comfortably at the top of the world. « I am so happy I found this cozy river cabin to get-a-way with my boyfriend for his birthday. I can't express enough in words how needed this trip was. We have had the most chaotic summer and sitting out on the couch, drinking coffee and listening to the river took all of that chaos away, for a short while. Grateful. "Nous avons passé 3 nuits début juillet 2025 à Skyland, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Elle disposait de tout le nécessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, et surtout une superbe terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes de Shenandoah : un vrai bonheur au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur du parc, parfait pour rayonner sur Skyline Drive et profiter des randonnées sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Sur place, tout est prévu pour un séjour pratique et agréable : restaurant, bar, boutique, machine à glace, parking gratuit… (Seul petit point à noter : il n’y a pas de piscine, mais franchement, on ne vient pas ici pour ça !). Nous recommandons chaudement Skyland à tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de Shenandoah NP dans un cadre naturel, calme et authentique. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !"
