In extra, we had a room with an hot tube (but outside on a terrasse). Very strange feeling to enjoy it when it's -5 outside. « J’ai passé 4 nuits avec ma fille de 5 ans dans cet hôtel et je trouve que les 4 étoiles ne sont pas méritées. Le service client est vraiment limite: nous avons du réclamer la carte pour le casier à ski, du papier toilette… Le personnel à la réception et en salle a un anglais très basique et n’est pas très aimable. La chambre n’était pas très propre: enveloppe de bonbons sous le lit, table de chevet avec des taches… Concernant la restauration et le bar, beaucoup de choix mais qualité pas à la...

« The room as well the restaurant have a great view to the slopes and hills. The food in the restaurant tasted fantastic with the exception of bread not meeting the same standards. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was big enough and well decorated. Everything seemed quite new and well maintained. The bathroom was big and equipped with shower. We didn't use the sauna/wellness option but you can book a private hour for 950 czk. There is a lot of parking room and the ski bus stop is 100...

« A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year. »

« 4 nights in mid October. Solo female age 69\. Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. WiFi outstanding. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings. Hot food too. The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again! »
