Located in the small village near Svetvincenat, Villa Olive Paradise II is set on a large 2800 sqm plot that overlooks a stunning olive field. The villa is beautifully decorated with special attention to every detail and features a unique collection of souvenirs from across the globe, each adding a touch of global flair to the elegantly designed interior.  
  
The villa boasts a fascinating floor plan. The ground floor includes two bedrooms each with a double bed, private bathroom, and TV. A staircase leads down to a spacious wine tavern which is elegantly furnished with a large dining table, a cozy fireplace, and a charming chess room, complete with a separate toilet. Guests have the unique opportunity to purchase wine upon arrival, from a selection prepared by the owner, enhancing the overall experience of their stay. Another staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper floor with an open plan area featuring a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto a terrace. This terrace offers a seating area with picturesque views of the olive field. The upper level accommodates a master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and TV. All rooms are equipped with Loewe Klang 1 devices offering an excellent experience with options for Internet radio, CD, Spotify, and Deezer. Mosquito nets on the windows ensure added comfort.  
  
Outdors, the property includes a heated swimming pool and an outdoor whirlpool, with heating included in the price to ensure comfort throughout the year. For leisure and active recreation, guests have access to a barbecue, table tennis, darts, and bicycles.  
  
Additionaly, there is covered parking available for three vehicles, and the villa includes an Electric Vehicle charging station enhancing convenience for guests who prefer to travel with electric vehicles.  
  
Situated next to this villa is another 3-bedroom house Villa Olive Paradise I, owned by the same family. For larger groups or families, both villas can be rented together, offering comfort and privacy while maintaining easy access between the two properties. This arrangement makes it an ideal choice for those looking to accommodate extended family or a group of friends under one luxurious setting.  
  
Situated between this two properties is a separate wellness house that includes a sauna, an indoor hot tub, and fitness equipment. This facility is available for shared use with guests from the neighboring villa, uppon agreement.  
  
Villa Olive Paradise II is the perfect destination for those seeking a serene escape with luxurious amenities and a touch of worldly elegance, all set in the picturesque, beauty of rural Istria.
