A sleek, modern kitchen with integrated appliances, a cozy mezzanine study area, dining space, and a sunken lounge that extends onto the front timber deck complete the interior.  
  
Just 200 meters from the pristine shores of Peregian Beach, the property provides easy access to the charming Peregian Beach Village, known for its fantastic dining and relaxed coastal vibe, as well as being a short drive to the bustling Hastings Street for an array of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
