We spent a wonderful week at “Castle Rock” lake house the first week of September 2023\. This log-cabin home is simple, yet luxurious. It’s rustic lake-house charm is well balanced by supreme cleanliness and top-of-the-line amenities and appliances. Our time there was peaceful and private, complemented by greetings and much-appreciated lakeside tips from the friendly neighbors. It was the perfect spot to wind down after a busy summer, and our children couldn’t get enough of Mountain View Lake. They swam, kayaked and fished all day, every day, right from the dock in the backyard. My husband and I enjoyed sunbathing and reading on the dock and back porch. We were just thrilled to give our family the perfect vacation in Sunapee, NH. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive when we had questions. The home was clean and well appointed. We had beautiful weather. Pascale was an amazing host. We noticed the kayaks were a bit worn at the ends. I texted this concern to Pascale and by the next afternoon we had 2 brand new kayaks to use! We enjoyed spending time on the dock watching the wild life. Plenty to do in the surrounding area and easy access to lake Sunapee. The hot tub was a huge hit with our teens. We had an amazing week!
