"What a fun house!! We loved the classic “almost cliche” beach house decorations - especially the flamingos! The hot tub was a PERFECT reprieve after the nearly 9 hours it took us to get here from where we live near Pensacola. Best sleep in days ! Granddaughter loved her personal get-a-way as well . The welcome basket was awesome! The shower was so impressive - I ordered one for my own home !!! This was such a treat for us and hope to stay again … Thank you so very much !!!"

"I would book again in a heart beat! The property managers were amazing about checking in and providing support if needed. The property is kept super clean and is stocked with all the necessities such as towels etc. This place is extremely baby friendly, they had a pack n play and high chair for my 9 month old to use. The location is great being on the water and having a screened in porch/pool area! If you’re looking to stay in the Port Richey area this place is for you!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and informative. The place is really cute. Being right on the water is so peaceful. There is a bar/restauranr across the water that often has live music that you can hear when you’re outside, but it wasn’t loud and rowdy - or all night. We actually enjoyed hearing it. Speaking of that restaurant, it has one of the best key lime pies we’ve ever tried - and yes, we’ve had Kermit’s in Key West :) We didn’t see any dolphins in the water in the backyard but we took one of the hosts recommendations for a boat rental and rented a pontoon to take out for the day. We saw dolphins playing while we were cruising in the Gulf. It was so awesome! The accommodations are nice and cozy. We stayed in one evening playing some games we brought. Note, the master bedroom doesn’t have a plug on both sides of the bed - an extension cord run under the bed will fix the issue. Also, the internet can be a little rough. I work from home and will often work on vacation. Thankfully that wasn’t the case this time because even my phone had trouble with the internet in parts of the house. Small other thing to note is that there was no shampoo as the listing stated, so thankfully my mom brought some. But this often isn’t something provided by hosts so it isn’t a big deal, just mentioning it because I hadn’t brought my own. My family and I would definitely stay here again. We had a great time!"

"Had a great stay! Don was available when needed. We had everything we needed at the house and the stores were close for the odds and ends we had to get. There was plenty of things to do in the area. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future trips!"

"Everything was as expected and pictured. We had a wonderful time visiting family. We hosted Easter dinner. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was great to have a few essentials when we checked in."

"Beautiful house with plenty for everyone to do. Communication with Vrbo/Vacasa was horrible. Took forever to get any responses to questions. Property location is not great. We had zero problems while staying but the town/county is riddled with homeless and drug use. Did not feel comfortable with kids playing outside unless an adult was with them."
