This hotel is those things but it’s also dirty and smelly. There were hairs on the refrigerator door and a child’s toy underneath the bed. The room smelled like years of cigarette smoke and mold. I picked this place because I wanted to exercise most days after 2 knee replacements. Then a couple cool days! No one’s fault and when I left still couldn’t get in. Great location. No cable tv but lots of local programming. We were assigned a room on the second floor but were able to change it to the ground level so we didn’t have to haul several large suitcases up the stairs.
