This home sits on a rare double lot, giving guests an oversized yard and back porch perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. This inviting retreat is ideal for couples, boaters, and anglers looking to enjoy the Florida Keys with direct water access, excellent amenities, and easy island living. The Space Inside, the living room is spacious and overlooks the canal with lots of windows to capture the sunshine and views. There is a 55'' Roku Smart TV for movie nights. A dining area is set near the living room that seats 4 and also overlooks the canal. The kitchen is just around the corner and has built-in bar seating for 2, stainless steel appliances, stove top, built-in microwave and dishwasher making it easy to enjoy meals at home. Although there is no traditional oven in the kitchen, the home includes a toaster oven, microwave and a propane grill out on the patio to cook up your fresh catch of the day!
