"Would give the hotel a 5 - location was good, staff was great, rooms were very nice. BUT... our 1st room was a king suite & there was no hot water. They switched us to a king room, and while the water was better, it was still not super hot and took forever to warm up. We asked about any compensation because what we booked is not what we stayed in, but the manager wasn't in until Monday (we checked in on Sat.) Absolutely loved the hotel, but they need to fix their hot water issues."

"The pool was basically open to the public so it was crowded all weekend. There were poolside parties until 12:30 am, well past hours, which echoed significant noise into the poolside rooms.
