"The room I stayed in wasn't very clean. The bed was comfortable but the water pressure in the bathroom shower was awful. The staff was pleasant but the lack of amenities like no vending machines and the overall sketchy feel of the property in general (particularly since it is not in a poor neighbourhood was disappointing to say the least."

"Nice hotel and very clean. Only downside was housekeeping only cleaned the room once on a four night stay."

"The staff were all very friendly, but the inside of the hotel, especially on the 5th floor, was incredibly hot. I had to leave my window open and it barely helped. I also had a fan in my bathroom that I couldn't figure out how to turn off and it was very loud. The room itself was nice, though I see why they are renovating because everything is extremely dated. There was lots of parking though."

"Toilet broke during the night and we had to be moved. Front desk was not great at answering the phone when needed. No mall directories or pens in the room. Slippery shower floor."

"The room is extremely hot. All I was offered was to open the window and they gave me a fan. There was no central air-conditioning on. They said they were hoping to have it on in the next week or so that didn’t help me. They didn’t warn me that there would be no air conditioner."
