« Our host was very friendly and was kind to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to be adequately furnished. We spent most of our time helping our grandson move in the university for his final year. We really appreciate the fact that the cabin was pet friendly so we could bring our 10 lb Maltese rescue with us. We had a really great stay and would stay there again. I would definitely recommend it to other visitors to the area. »

« We only were able to stay for one night for work, but I would definitely stay again. The bed was comfy, the cabin was clean, it had everything you could need. The creek in the back is a huge bonus. It was nice having an additional ac unit in the bedroom. We were really only there to sleep on this trip, but would love to come back in the future to enjoy it. It is in a private, peaceful location. You can be in Murphy in about 10-15 minutes. »

« Our stay and the property itself couldn’t have been better. The home is on the top of a mountain and yet is somehow excluded but a quick drive into town. « We booked for a last minute trip over Memorial Day Weekend and we are so glad we found Amy’s place!!!! The Nomad was cute, clean, and easy to access. Breakfast was delicious, and the cookies at night were such a sweet touch. Amy was very sweet and knowledgeable about the area, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.
