"The hotel was beautiful, set back in the trees on the slopes so very quiet and outside of town. The beds/rooms were very comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The only complaint I had was that the main pool/pool restaurant were closed for renovation. This wasn’t noted during booking or on their website. They did offer use of the smaller spa pool with poolside service from another restaurant but it was quite a bit smaller. Overall it was a beautiful stay. "

"We love Brockway Springs Resort! We had another great stay at the resort with our children and grandchildren. Mark has done a great job remodeling his new condo. Great view of the Lake from this ideally located lake shore property. It was in great shape and clean and well prepared for our arrival. Mark was very communicative prior to our arrival so that we had all of the information that we needed for check in. He called as we arrived to ensure that we understood how everything worked and that we didn’t have any questions. He also checked in with us prior to check out to make sure we had no questions about check out procedures. We had everything we needed and wanted for a great stay at the Lake. Thank you Mark. "
"I enjoy the reasonable pricing, quietness, great location and friendly customer service. The hotel is a throw-back, it's older, an original. I like that it still has the old Tahoe vibe and is always clean. I stay here frequently and it's always a clean bed to sleep in, and easy walk to the beach, easy parking and my Granddaughter loves Char Pit is next door, great burgers. Our routine is long beach day, burgers at Char Pit and then off to bed. Love it!"

"The property was as described and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The community is great and the pool and dock were excellent for relaxing at the end of the day. It’s an easy walk to Kings Beach and, if you’re looking to venture out in the area, a good location to get to Truckee, Donner Lake, and Chimney Beach / Skunk Harbor. "
