« Had the kind bed room with sleeper sofa! Didn’t have any bed sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. Went downstairs to all for blankets and pillows and was told he would have to find some. Eventually he brought us blankets but said there were no pillows. The hotel was not very clean and kind of smelled musty! Breakfast was decent. »

« Our stay was comfortable, room was clean. There is no ice machine on site so plan accordingly. There is not an office onsite, plan on Self Check-in only with call support if you have issues with your door code. »

Les chambres sont tres grandes, propres, avec air conditionné et il y a des restaurants et un supermarché à proximité. Je regrette que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas et n'ait pas été réparée pendant les 3 jours malgré mes demandes. »

« Booked a room with 2 queen sized beds. Got a room with one king size bed. Couldn’t get another correct room because they were fully booked even though I paid for the room weeks ago. Brought up a rollaway bed instead. Staff said “because it was booked through Expedia they had no control over what type of room we could have.” Had to kick in the door to enter since it was so misaligned and sticky. Room next to us had the same issue. Almost couldn’t get out of the room because the door jams up. Oh...

« Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again. »

« Someone else said old but well maintained. They were correct. I walked into the room and the AC was off. It was about 80 in the room. No odd smell. Just hot. The AC cooled it down quickly and efficiently. The sheets were soft. Choice of flat or fat pillows. Bed was hard, but at least it was clean and smell free. I’m picky, and was satisfied »

« This is Our New "MUST STAY HERE" in Stillwater-The building has be been Tastefully Updated...I cannot adequately put premium into words how PLEASED we were with our entire 2night stay here at Stillwater Country Inn & Suites !!! From the wonderful desk person, at check-in to walking in to our Clean, spacious room, comfy bed, quality Linens (personally, I loved the new plank type floors in the room as opposed to tired out carpeting in many other properties) ...to each morning Lovely Cheerful...
