This unique property has undergone a 100% renovation from top to bottom with care furnished in cool, coastal colors and classic design, ensuring every detail contributes to a comfortable and stylish stay. This property is the perfect option to accommodate a large group yet afford privacy as you have the entire building which has 3 separate properties. Altogether they include 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and 3 living areas! Two of the condominiums are on the ground level, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third and largest is on the top level with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each has its own outdoor living area complete with grill and lush landscaping all around the property Everyone has their own space to retreat to when some separate time is needed. The top floor layout maximizes both form and function, featuring an open-concept design that encourages both relaxation and socializing. The large kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space, including a statement waterfall kitchen island with seating for four. The formal dining area has a long table with comfortable seating for 8 - perfect for a family meal or for game night!
