This private cottage is one of three cottages on .35 acres, there is a shared outdoor space with picnic table and gas grill. Two blocks to Lassing park and the water. Just one mile south of downtown St Petersburg. Quiet area close to everything. This studio has a beautiful modern kitchen and private parking on alley behind the property.

Great stay
Checkin was smooth. Tom left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Very modern , clean, and complete with everything you need for a great stay. Love the details in everything. Crisp Ralph Lauren sheets and Tommy Bahamma bedspread.

Good location. Floor dirty. Fingernail clippings on floor and furniture. Tan chair dirty and stained. Did not feel comfortable sitting in it. Could use some good coffee mugs.

Lovely little cottage!
Great stay at this place, had a little trouble finding it at night but the owners answered our call right away and we're able to direct us. Was so nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and the coziest little place. Had everything we needed and I would stay here again! Bed was very comfy too!

Excellent cottage
This was a wonderful place to stay. My husband and I and two goldens were staying a few days as we made our way south and stopped at my office in St. Pete. The cottage has everything you can think of and is so easy to get to, quiet, comfortable, and clean. The wine upon arrival and lights on to help us see were amazing. Great fenced in garden and yard with cute table and chairs to have morning coffee or just relax outside. Highly recommend if you need a great place to stay near St. Pete city and/or beaches. So much to do!

Highly recommend!
We stayed for three weeks. Everything was perfect. The studio was conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed many walks in nearby Lassing Park. The studio, especially the kitchen, was unusually well-furnished. A firm mattress ensured that sleeping was comfortable. And Tom and John were marvelous hosts--friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Highly recommended!

Getting to know St. Petersburg
My son, puppy and I stayed 3 nights. The studio is exactly as depicted, parked right by the gate and check in was a breeze. The owners live next door, and are quick to respond in case you need to contact them. The grounds are very nice with lots of plants. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Lassing Park was a short walk down the alleyway with beautiful water view. We enjoyed a breakfast croissant and Reuben Sandwiches at Old Southeast Market a very short walk away. We went to The Dahli one day and enjoyed that. The next day went to The Dog Bar, Grand Central Brewhouse, and Urban where I got “The Thing” Sandwich. We loved getting to know St. Pete!

Long Weekend Getaway
My boyfriend and I went down for an extended weekend to visit family. Generally, we weren’t in the house much, which made it perfect for just the two of us. Cute little space for eating, showering, and sleeping.

The place was very peaceful and quiet , off the beaten path but close to all the venues and attractions. It was well stocked with all that was needed for a nice stay. The only concern we had was that the inside of the microwave was in need of cleaning.

This is the first time using a Vrbo rental. This cabin is comfortable, well appointed and immaculate. We spent five days here and enjoyed every minute. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable for their guests. The location is very convenient for downtown museums and activities.

Hidden gem
A small cottage tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, but a pleasantly short drive to anything you might want to get into. We absolutely enjoyed our stay as it allowed us to spend the day at the beach, drive to all the amazing local restaurants and drive back to such a peaceful street. Fantastic little cottage!
My wife and I, and our 5mo old puppy, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This cute little cottage is tucked away in a quiet area just a couple blocks from Lassing Park - an underused, quiet stretch of park with beach access to the bay. It's also just 10min from downtown where you can find a multitude of wonderful restaurants, drinking establishments, and more. The cottage is clean, well-appointed, and stocked with just about everything you might need. The owners were also very friendly and communicative. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

The cottage was a perfect size for me, my wife, and our 2 dogs. It's within walking distance to Lassing Park. The dogs swam each morning and evening. The parking spot is a little tight. Overall, a cute cottage and the area was quiet.

Second Time!
Stayed again for the second time in 2 months. This quiet cottage is a gem of a vrbo! Newly renovated, super clean. Able to park the car next to the cottage. Very tastefully decorated. Nice additional touches like a bottle of red wine to welcome us, hotel sized shampoo and soap bars, and coffee ready to brew in the morning (since we got in at midnight d/t a delayed flight). Owners are very conscientious and responsive. This cottage will be our "home away from home" in St. Pete.

Came in to town for vacation and music. Property was perfect for me plus a friend. Was close to some good restaurants and a short ride to downtown St. Petersburg. Kitchen well furnished for cooking. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Tom and John were awesome! Quiet neighborhood, and was great for our big chocolate lab to roam in the fenced in yard. Close to town, not far from many attractions. The cottage was very cute and just enough room for my husband and I, and our lab. Our daughter and her husband came for a few nights and still enough room. Tom and John are great host. I hope in the future we will be able to come back!😃
