Location is right on the beach Overall building and amenities are well maintained for a 35+ year old building. 3rd time we rent the same unit in 3 years 2015-2018 and while it is spacious and well maintained we noticed that it's getting a bit tired Normal as this place is probably rented year around. A new patio set on the balcony would be welcome. The chairs are old and wably and the cushion on the long chair was really filthy, we couldn't convince ourselves to use it. ##### Martin B.
