The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a 42” TV, and direct access to the shared balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds two twin-size beds and a 40” TV. The third bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Bay windows provide natural light and views in the fourth bedroom. Swim in all seasons in the sparkling heated pool. The covered deck surrounding the pool is furnished with a plush sectional and ample chaise lounge seating. A pair of bistro tables on the second balcony seats more people if needed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
