This newer and spacious house has an open floor plan and is furnished to comfortably accommodate stay for 2 families with children.
Great outdoor space features screened lanai with 2 lounge chairs and table, pool toys, beach towels. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen features brand new equipment and opens up to the family room with a pool table. Master bedroom has a King size bed, a huge private bathroom with a walk -in closet. Bedroom 2 features Queen Size bed with luxury linens, down comforters. Bedroom 3 contains 2 twin size beds with luxury linens and down comforters, bedroom 4 is outfitted with a Queen Size bed. The living room offers additional area to relax and TV with premium cable channels and Wi-Fi. In the separate dining room 6-8 people can comfortably sit.

Your rental will also include full access to a 2 cars garage that includes everything you will need to make your trip to the beach much easier: beach cooler , beach umbrella, portable chairs, beach towels and toys for kids.
