The studio is spacious with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It features a memory foam queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals, a cozy working area and break table and bar stools. This apartment is located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. 1\. Parking: There is metered street parking in front of the building. (free from 7am to 7pm, Sundays and Holidays) 2\. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. 3\. No smoking anything, or vapaing inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. Please dispose of butts inside the provided receptacle located in the rear patio. 4\. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests\` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.
