The property includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and three outdoor areas. You also have access to the community amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub open year round, a playground, and two pickleball courts. The townhome is also centrally located to the best experiences that St. George has to offer. It’s located just above the Green Valley Gap, which offers miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, off-roading, dirt biking, and rock climbing. It is also just minutes from downtown St. George for easy access to shopping, dining, golfing, and much more. For fun and attractions right in Green Valley, be sure to check out the BeMore Complex, The Thunder Junction All Abilities Park, Tonaquint Nature Center, and many other fun experiences. I contacted the property manager within a couple of hours of arriving at the property. They told me they would have someone there the next day. No one came to fix the problem. The property manager never contacted me to update me when the beds would be fixed. They were not fixed during our stay. I had two grandchildren that were excited to be able to sleep on the top bunks. I told them they could stay there the next day. But, of course they were never able to sleep there. If we hadn't had a couple of people back out the day we were leaving for our trip, we wouldn't have had enough beds for everyone. If they property manager was unable to get someone in to fix the problem, I should have been told. I believe the property manager was already aware of the problem, as there were parts for the beds located in the garage. ##### Jeri W. Had everything you need to use. Nice that individual ac was in each room. Pool is small so crowded if more than a couple families there. Con was cleanliness. Felt dirty. Found a few live cockroaches. It hadn't been vacuumed or swept, there were hairs on the floor in the bathrooms, dirt on the counters, black dust on the ceiling fans and the bedcovers and sheets were dirty. I did reach out to the property manager and they were quick to respond and bring us clean sheets. Except the first time they brought them there were dirty black marks on them, so they brought us more that were not the sizes we needed, but the third time we got what we needed. We also had to request additional cleaning supplies as not enough were provided for our length of stay. There were not many pots and pans either. The reason we chose this unit is because we had a large group, but the kitchen only had the bare minimum supplies. I would not recommend this place to anyone which is unfortunate as it is in a nice location. I wish we could get our cleaning fee refunded as it was obviously not cleaned prior to our stay. ##### Brooke A. Owners responded with our check in issues quickly. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but had one issue. I wish I would have paid more attention to the fees when booking. $1200 in taxes and fees!! We've stayed in many vrbo condos over the years and never come close to this amount. Just be aware of the extra cost. This added over $200/night to the cost. That's pretty steep! ##### Stacey E.
