THE SKINNY: This extraordinary 5 bedroom home is situated in the treasured heart of Crescent beach, a wonderful waterfront residential strip of A1A Blvd that parallels the beach. The home itself is minutes walk from the dedicated beach walkover across the street and slightly to the south. From the home's various balconies, indulge in jaw-dropping water and pool views and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The private pool glimmers in the sunlight, sparkling so peacefully that you will have no choice but to allow yourself to fully escape into vacation mode. Option to heat the pool for $60/day or $350/wk. Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs on the patios throughout the day. The roomy kitchen is truly stocked to allow you to entertain your whole group with ease. Dine outdoors while you observe the boats float by in the distance! Relax inside or outside, grab some beach gear and head to the sand, or grill out on our propane BBQ. A lively living room fireplace sets the tone no matter the time of year. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!

THE PROXIMITY: Drive-able within 15 minutes best parts of prime St. Augustine beach and a 23-25 minute drive north to historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. To the south of this home is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun, golf at The Hammock, Washington Oaks state park and overall an amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail. This home is less than 15 minutes from Publix grocery store.

THE SPACE: The home sleeps 15 in 5 bedrooms and 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 1 Twin bed and 2 sets of twin bunks with pull out twin trundles underneath (sleeps 6). The kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together for a great night in! Enjoy an additional mini-kitchen equipped with coffee machine and accoutrements. The TV's have Live TV capability and are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 5/5.5 layout. All bedrooms have a full en suite bathroom:
>1ST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: Boasts a King size bed and stunning en suite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub with adjoining screened in porch overlooking the pool and waterway.
>1ST FLOOR GUEST BEDROOM: Queen size bed and water views with en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
>2ND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: King size bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
>2ND FLOOR GUEST BEDROOM: 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed. The adjoining bathroom has a walk in shower and separate tub.
>2ND FLOOR BUNK BEDROOM: 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Each has a twin trundle that pulls out from underneath. Adjoining bathroom has a walk in shower.
HALF BATH: On 1st floor off of the entry foyer of the house for easy access.

AMENITIES: Linens and towels included. Sparkling blue pool and long fishing dock with gazebo and zen garden. To heat the pool, inform us that you would like to do so. Pool heat is $60 a day or $350 a week. Pool loungers and beach gear. Balconies and water views galore! Patio seating and patio dining options for spacious outdoor living. Living room fireplace sets a cozy ambiance year round. Outdoor shower. Propane BBQ grill and Kamado Joe on the front porch. Box with lawn games on the front porch. Upstairs mini kitchen with additional coffee setup. Washer and dryer. Screened in porch. Telescope can be brought out on the balcony for enjoyment. The home is gated. Boat is not included in the rental and is the owners private boat.

BEACH GEAR: 6 chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 large cooler, plenty of beach toys for the little ones.

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.

PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in our driveway, 10 cars max. Garage is owner's private storage space and is not included in the rental.

LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washer and dryer off of the kitchen and dining area. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 23-25 minute drive north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. Contact me for lots of insider local recommendations on what NOT to miss!

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated minutes walk to the beach access, and a 10 minute drive north to Mary Street, the main drive on access! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information!

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Per the listing, we will charge the card on file for the listing's Security Deposit of $1500 on the day of check-in. The funds will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is present upon your departure. There is an additional non-refundable $199 incidentals fee that will be added to each reservation. IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your security deposit amount is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements

TO HEAT THE POOL: Inform us that you would like to do so. Pool heat is $60 a day or $350 a week.

Construction on the property next door begins April 2024 and is estimated to be completed in Spring 2025.

The Neighborhood:
Crescent Beach is a very eclectic local neighborhood! Feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine community.

The boat ramp is a few miles north. Bring your boat and jet ski's along and drop them in conveniently, then store them in our gated driveway after a fun day on the water!

Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.

Nearby restaurants include Commanders (a local favorite for oysters and seafood) the Sand Bar and Crescent Beach Bar & Grill. One of my all time favorites is Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

Beautiful property!
We booked this home because we wanted to have a back wedding ceremony and it turned out like a dream. We could accommodate my whole family and had ample space in the back yard, grass area to have an intimate wedding ceremony. The sunsets are amazing on the river side and it was a short walk access the street to the ocean side. The home itself is very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. I highly recommend this property!!

Easy breezy
This property was fantastic! Beautifully decorated with a gorgeous pool and outside area. The property manager thought of all the small touches to make our stay easier. Shampoo, body wash, etc The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked multiple times. The house had plenty of space there make our group of 8 plus a baby never feel on top of each other. Going into town was an easy 20 minute drive. And honestly it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The local Seafood Commanders was excellent for something casual right down the street. It was very cold when we were there so we didn’t do the beach but it’s around the corner. If we come back to St. Augustine we definitely would rent this house again 😊😊😊
