The pools were clean and it was nice because there weren’t many people there. The beach umbrella provided was broken but we were able to rig it up eventually. The dishes that were in the kitchen cupboards had fresh food on them, it was like the prior renters just put their dishes directly into the cupboards after they ate. The eggs and rice were fresh looking! Every morning when we’d open the door there was a strong sulfur smell that would eventually fade as the day went on. The fridge was cool & they did provide WiFi along with all streaming accounts already logged in. Bed was pretty comfortable. We really liked that the condo patio was screened in. They were doing a lot of maintenance during our stay - power washing and repainting the building. As a result of the power washing our patio/patio furniture was covered in sand and dirt but the situation was immediately addressed after a quick call to the real estate agent. There was a leak in the soffit outside the condo's front door so we had to walk through a puddle when we entered and exited. The condo maintenance was aware but hadn't fixed the leak before our stay ended. Otherwise, the condo property is taken care of very well. We were just unfortunate to pick a time when so much work was being done. The condo itself was very nice and clean; the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was also very clean with more than enough lounge chairs, tables/chairs and umbrellas. We traveled by plane so were disappointed that no beach/pool towels were available. We've never had that happen before and didn't expect to have to go out and buy our own. Note - there are venomous snakes on the property. There are signs to that effect around the property. St. Augustine is beautiful! The quiet location of the condo building is perfect. Having two pools is a bonus. We would stay there again. ##### Elizabeth C.
