The only reason I gave communication 4 stars was because of a misunderstanding between myself and management regarding the 4 free tickets. I believe communication could have been a little clearer. Oct 23, 2025 #### Perfect Getaway We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo in St. Augustine. The view was beautiful, and the location was super convenient — close to restaurants but still quiet and private. The facilities were well kept, parking was easy, and the condo itself was super comfortable and spacious, especially the large couch with plenty of space to relax. We also appreciated the extra toiletries, which were a nice touch. Jul 6, 2025 #### Great Family Trip to St. Augustine! We stayed at Pier Point 57 right in the beach. Great beach and pool. The condo had beach towels, boogie board, chairs etc. Two floor condo with bedrooms upstairs. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen needs. The pool was very clean and perfect temp. There are grills if you choose to use them. We loved going to the beach first and then the pool. The historic area was so nice with lots of restaurants. The complimentary coffee was delicious (I went to Kookaburra to buy some!) Great view of sunrise and close walk to beach! We walked to dinner (and ice cream)! Jul 13, 2025 #### Perfect location We had a great stay ! Perfect view . We walked to places see to eat . Ice cream - pizza right next door and island donuts on the other side were to die for . Pool was clean and refreshing and quiet . Condo was very nice- with a perfect view. Beds were comfortable and nice bathrooms . The only complaint was they had 2 beach chairs which both were broken and could not use . They had 2 others thankfully and the kitchen garbage can stunk pretty bad . We tried to clean it but didn’t work . Kitchen has everything you need ! We had no issues so never needed to contact owner but they did great to make sure everything was good - they texted with everything you needed . The pier is next door which was nice but it costs 2 bucks to go on it . Downtown was maybe 15 minutes away and super easy to get too . My favorite part is how dog friendly St Augustine is.
